Reviews and Ratings
I found the hotel to be conveniently located near Brussels center and the Eurostar terminal. The rooms were situated on the ground floor next to the kitchen but had windows facing the backyard where all the ventilation systems were located. The service was excellent, particularly Driss who was very helpful and attentive, although some staff only spoke French. The location, just a short walk from Gare Midi, felt a bit sketchy at times, especially arriving at night. The dining experience offered a good selection including meat, cheese, bread, and more. Although the hotel needed some maintenance, the free breakfast was a nice touch.
I found the hotel to be a mixed experience. While the rooms were stiflingly hot with barely any ventilation available, the staff seemed unwilling to offer any help with this issue. Despite the discomfort, the location was convenient for train travelers although feeling somewhat unsafe, and the dining options, especially the early breakfast, were satisfactory.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were small, dark, and windowless, but they were recently remodeled with functional furnishings and a comfortable bed. The service was exceptional, with staff going out of their way to accommodate requests. The location near Brussels-Midi was convenient but felt a bit unsafe at night. The dining options were satisfactory, although construction outside was a drawback.
The hotel's rooms were stuffy and hot, lacking air conditioning and overlooking a dirty area within the premises. Despite the spacious and comfortable interior, the room was not conducive due to poor ventilation. The price did not match the quality, with a maximum value of €50 even during the busiest weeks in Brussels.
